I love the split loft, but it looks like the last step up is a doozy! It’s like 2 steps worth? I’m not sure I could do that. Otherwise, I really like it.

I understand we have inflation but if these prices keep climbing like mobile homes it is not beneficial to have a tiny home. Something less than 400 sqft should be less than 100,000. This is just taking advantage of a hot market. If I was in this business I would yes take care of my construction guys but my personal wealth and obtaining more money that you cannot take with you when you die because of the popularity is wrong. I would take the loss of personal extra profit and be humble and sell more homes to benefit others. They are soon going to be too pricey for anyone to afford. Yes I’m a republican not dem/liberal on my money opinion

Love everything about yhe Eagles Landing. However, I would change the sliding door to a Texas Star door and tankless water heater

I kind of wish the front door was where the window is next to the kitchen counter, it would give a little more room in the living area for a chair where that door is.

I like to see more screen porches to be pet friendly. And 1 and half bath

Like the Tumbleweed, but without the loft, and add tankless water heater.

Love this one Mr. TINY!! THE LOFT AND THE W/D IN THE BEDROOM!

I like that the electrical box is NOT in the bedroom. I use to really hate that as it took away from the esthetics. Glad its in the hallway, nicely placed for convenience and it does not stand out.

No dishwasher?

This is one of the nicest tiny homes ive seen. Its beautiful. And so functional. I think my favorite is the laundry/ huge closet. Whoever designed that is a genius! I would love to live there in that tiny. The outside patio is awesome. God bless the Roberts and Mr Tiny. 🙏🤗

I seriously believe you need a NEW camera….. the glare is really bad lately.

I cannot see how they can pull off 6 feet lofts. I understand there is travel restrictions but on interstates there ld be enough clearance now back roads old bridges possibly but six feet lofts make it so much easier especially when you get old and cannot crawl that well around. Just a thought.

This is my favorite, by far!! If I can just find the place to put it!!!!!

The exterior is prettier than most tiny homes and the layout is wonderful. Why not make the loft higher so a person can stand?! Also give the option for white appliances besides the black.

This one is nice. Perfect for a widow, bachelor, college student, or even a senior couple who wants to downsize. The big thing I'd change is the bathroom tile. It's a big shower, so put some incredibly beautiful tiles in it!

I love that shower! I do wish it had 1⁄2 bath And maybe a craft room.

Now that I've seen the inside I'm convinced it's beautiful it's like a huge apartment but in a house setting😮

I need a “mud room “ entry with a shoe & coat storage. I never wear outside shoes inside. No Ecoli and fecal matter in my home. However, I can live without shower glass doors, (do you know how many elders have died in the bathroom?) 😮, and I a don’t like to live in my kitchen. A kitchen on the end with a side entry door is my preferred layout. My husband would LOVE that pantry closet for his many books.📕

This is lovely. Something to consider doing that would be great because there's only one bathroom is to put the bathroom before the bedroom so that people don't walk into your bedroom being the nosy Parkers that they people can be. Also with the bathroom, a tub shower combo would be excellent here. People still like soaking in a tub.

Is it possible to get porch screened in and bathroom a wet room with flat shower bottom for wheelchair access? Also since wheelchair could not reach the top item with stackables, what would one loose to have a side by side? Need a phone number, am sure it is listed, but not sure where to call with more questions.
